any one know the best warmup for a game of handball aged 12-16?

l have been playing handball for years & found it is best to do normal stretching exercises,like bending over & touching ur toes or moving arms back & forth,then try throwing the ball against wall a few times throw the ball at bottom of wall a few times to see how close it comes without hitting ground this improves accuracy.remember practice makes a better player & never get upset handball takes alot of time to master learn to play with u brain as well as ur hands,placement of ur hits is as important as how hard u can hit the ball that is why when u warm up, practice placement of ball,after u have finished with ur warm up exercises.
