Handballers cannot use their feet, since then it would be 'hand and football', while soccer players cannot use their hands, which actually makes that sport 'football', while football players can use their hands, feet, and any other body parts, which makes that sport billions of dollars each year.
Somehow, the logic escapes me.

l suggest u go to the sporting goods store & ask the salesman if they have a rule book on how to play Handball. But to answer ur question! It is not likely to play handball using ur feet unless u have no hands. Then the rules change. It also makes it quite difficult to play the game, running to position yourself in front of the ball & hitting it with ur feet.

If u accidentally kick the ball then u r not entitled to the point or serve. Your opponent then is entitled to the serve & if he was the server, then also to the point. It does not matter on weather u r playing Blackball, Pink ball or Racquetball. The outcome is the same. You r suppose to use only ur hands to play the game. No other body parts r allowed to hit the ball.
