Well, you know that time again, its cold and basicly lhave a tournament coming up for the 2nd half of my school year, and l wanna get some practicing done,Thing is, l wanna practice but with a lower risk of getting my hand injured, So l was asking if anyone knows how to soften up a handball (Not the small black ball, the regular blue ball you buy in deli is and grocery is for a dollar) If anyone knows anyway to do this, or if there different methods without doing this, to get things done to prepare for the spring, It'd be great use to me.

OK HOW DO l SAY THIS WITH OUT SOUNDING LIKE IM JUST BEING A PERV. WHILE YOUR SITTING ON YOUR COUCH WATCHING TV JUST WORK THE BALL BY SQUISHING IT OR PUT IT ON THE GROUND AND KEEP STEPPING ON IT AND KEEP ROLLING IT WHILE YOU STEP ON IT. ALSO IVE KNOWN GUYS WHO HAVE PUT THE BALL IN BOILING WATER TO SOFTEN THEM UP JUST DONT LEAVE THE BALL IN TOO LONG TO MELT IT. JUST FOR 10-20 SECONDS THEN REMOVE WITHOUT MESSING UP THE SHAPE OF THE BALL.
