Playing simple ol' American handball is quite simple but it when it comes to ace, its quite speechless about to talk about. How do you whip the ball faster? Is there any way to prevent your hand from hurting even with gloves and being shaped like a cup?

l dont know about the gloves. You wip the ball faster by hitting it with your wrists too.

Hit it either further out on the fingers or up near the wrist. Soak your hand it good ol salt water. good luck.. you dont want to have sore hands play racquetball.. thats what happened to me as l got older my hands hurt all the time.
