Anyone Know how to serve really low in handball or at least give me tips on how? l wanna be one of the best handball players even though the rest of the team tells me l cant becuase of my race and its.....

Race has not a thing to do with being a great handball player. There is one interesting statistic though. There has NEVER been an American Champion handball player over 5'11''. To serve really low in handball on a consistent basis takes stamina & good upper body strength. Play handball at least 3 times per week at about an hour each of the days. On the ''off'' days do some light weight training to increase ur upper body strength. Use ur ''off'' hand as much as possible & keep practicing. Good luck
