small rubber ball

we always used volleyballs

use a rubber ball.The fair sized ones.They are about tthe size of a soccer ball.But theyre bouncy and rubber.They sell em at Target Wal Mart,any department store.Just look for them in the ball section.Well.Hope that helped! Good Luck!

kick balls were the best. cause if you hit the goalie you would leave a nice big red mark
