what is handball

l think it is like racquetball or squash, but with your hand instead of a racket.

It is a forum on that usually has 2 questions in it. l really dont think there is much more than that.

It is a mix of basketball and soccer. There is a net that is smaller than a soccer net and a pretty big goalie crease. No1 is allowed to step into the crease at anytime aside from the goalie. The players (6 + the goalie 7) can only take a max of 3 steps with the ball, pass or shoot; just like in bball. obviously there is tactics in the game and many diff ways to shoot. It is a really intense game.

handball is a game. it is used with a blue ball smaller thaan a baseball but bigger than a raket ball. it is hallow inside. u use ur hand to play. you hit the ball of of the wall. you can not let it bounce 2 times or its a point for the other team/player. there is a lot of other rules like standing behind lines when surving, or not surving too high on the wall or making the ball go to far. its a fun game to play.

The above answer is wrong..A handball is not hollow, it is a solid rubber ball and you play the game in a court with gloves on BOTH hands. It is a highly intense physical game that requires a great deal of conditioning and hand/eye coordination. Many USAF pilots play the game to stay on the edge of their skills. Go to any city YMCA and watch a game.you will get hooked real quick. Great game

Handball is a game played in most elementry schools. You hit a soft ball with tough skin against a wall, usually about 8 ft. high. The legal playing area is roughly 8ft X 10ft.

The object of the game is to hit the ball to the wall on one bounce.

Usually the players would stand in a straight line & wait their turn to hit the ball.

Rules r usually made up by the players as the game progresses. This is usually done by running up to the wall & calling ''dibs'' on the rules.

Some possible rules r ''no sliders ''no waterfalls'' etc.

think of tennis w/ ur hands and the guy returning the ball to you is a wall.

It is a game played in a boxed court or out side on one wall or three walls. Using a hard rubber ball a little larger then a golf ball. The object is to make the ball bounce twice while serving or to drive it by your opponent..
