Can anyone give tips or ways to practice in getting killers/rollers more frequently in handball?

You just need to get someone tall deep o O and someone fast on D. Just launch it to the tall dude speed down there and one of you pop it in.

To get rollers is all dependent on luck, u get them more often by constant kills. First discover which way u kill best overhand, underhand, side arm. l suggest staying from the the short line have a friend give u set up by throwing the ball or hitting the ball, & kill it. Do this after a while u get used to the motion & knowing the best time to kill. Also if u want to learn how to aim stand near the middle of the court & aim to the corners, its alright if they r not kills just as long as its close.
Now comes the harder part, u have to realize that ur not always going to get that same easy chance to kill so have ur friend throw the ball a bit faster. Remenber It will take a while ur see after a week of atleast 20min a day that u really improve

If you want to do roller shot you must learn how to do killers first. just practice hitting the ball low

Be fast and concentrate on ur game.
do not get nervous when the attacker is coming toward you and as a defender make a both ur hands up and down to make him nervous..
