Where does the whip have to end up, at the palm or between the joint and the palm?(because then l ''whip'' between the joint and the palm but then if l over do it, my joint my hurt) Is there a way to serve faster with more whip power and with control? Are there any way to improve on the whip?

The palm creats the best hit!!! Try excersizing focusing on the muscles used in the sport and try to gain more flexability!

Try to receive the ball in the center of the palm with your wrist cocked as far back as you can and then as you whip around let the ball roll off your finger tips. This will create a side spin that will do crazy things coming off the wall. Practice it with both hands until you are a ''bottom board'' killer.
