l have been practicing handball for several weeks straight now and l seem to be having a problem. My hand hurts and my balls are a weird shade of blue and feel like they are going to pop when l squeeze them. Does anyone have any advice for me?

(l should probably be taking care of my balls, l left them outside in the rain)

duh you shouldnt be hitting your balls so hard

well leaving in the rain is bit silly...
the ball is probably tooooo hard but you might also have a really nervous hand so you might be nervous you might miss the ball
if your hand is cold it will not help

the balls are what they call ''duct'' which means the grip is no good leaving them in water and not using them for a while causes that you can scrape the balls on concrete to remove the damaged rubber but your better off buying new ones.

get sky bounce handball. get those one with gold printing on it because they are softer than the one with the black printing. Good luck finding them

um..yeah your question sounded weird lols. But.umm.your hands hurt??? uhhh.wear tape or handball gloves. And for your handballs.do not leave them in the rain.

A wet handball can really sting your hands keep them dry at all times if there wet throw them away there no good Wilson is and Penn is are still the best handball's. you should try hitting the ball with a whip of your wrist and slicing it to make it go a different direction practice on your serve and killer shots by using the wrist technique it well help in the long run so your hands wo not hurt to much.

First of all, why are you squeezing your balls? If one pops out you are in big trouble.

And it is a very dumb thing to do to keep your balls in the rain. l take mine everywhere with me.
